Stand up paddling consente anche di avventurarsi in spazi ristretti, inaccessibili in barca, per scoprire la bellezza del vero cuore delle mangrovie. Questa escursione ti porterà sotto tunnel di piante formate da derive di mangrovie. Dopo questa visita al cuore delle mangrovie, sosta in una piccola insenatura per una meritata limonata fatta in casa.

The owner Matthew not only taught us how to do the paddle itself, but also told us a lot of very interesting facts about the island, its origins, the mangroves, the wildlife etc.
For those who do not speak Frech like me, it was also great to know he speaks perfect English, so it's very easy to follow along.
I totally recommend this experience to learn more about Guadeloupe!
Our group was of 4, us and a French couple, and this was the ideal size. Mat carefully explained everything in French and English, and as well as teaching is how to SUP, he told us about local geography and ecology. I really appreciated talking about the importance of the mangrove ecosystem and how human activity must change to protect it.
My favourite part of the trip was sitting on the boards serenely paddling along mangrove rivers under the canopy - I only regret not bringing my GoPro to capture this beautiful scene but Mat took photos to share. One of my favourite experiences in three weeks exploring Guadeloupe and Dominica!
