Wir haben gleich mehrere Sachen gebucht (Marie Galante Transfer, Exkursion Regenwald und Wasserfälle sowie am letzten Tag den Flughafen Transfer von Le Gosier. Manöel und sein Team sind sehr pünktlich, stehts freundlich und haben uns sehr gut betreut. Sie haben uns mit vielen nützlichen Informationen auf Englisch während der Fahrt versorgt und sogar kurzen Abstecher zur Bananenfarm gemacht. Wir haben den Trip sehr genossen und sind sehr froh, dass wir bei Guadeloupe Shuttle gebucht haben. FÜR ALLE OHNE AUTO zu empfehlen!

Booking: online, through TripAdvisor. The online booking process demanded my return details even though the booking was for a one-way trip. Subsequently, no marketing for the return trip took place. The TripAdvisor business analysts should look into this glitch. Information: the booking confirmation print-out should include a contact phone number. Meeting: there was no-one awaiting me at the airport. The driver, when he eventually appeared, stated that the booking had not been sent through to his company. I find this strange and can't see why the booking hadn't gone through to the vendor at the speed of light once TripAdvisor had taken payment. Driver: courteous, informative and safe. Vehicle: in good condition. Journey: about 20 mins, to Auberge de la Vieille Tour, Gosier. Summary: I would have rated this service as 4-stars had the driver met me on time. My thanks to the ladies on the airport Information desk - adjacent to the designated meeting point - for kindly contacting the vendor company and sorting out my problem. I'm unlikely to visit Guadeloupe again but if I do I'll be taking the bus.
